Ballerina

  Watercolor is SO much fun. I had kind of given up on it after some terrible attempts last year, but this is easier than painting, too. I had just seen The Nutcracker and was totally in a ballet mood, and I also thought it would be interesting to work with more full-body portraits instead of just from the neck-up portraits. I think I'm gonna try some more ballet drawings. Anyways, enjoy!!

Sorry for the zero recent updates! With just graduating high school and then having to enroll in college and set up all of my classes within 2 weeks' time.... there hasn't been much time for me to work on my artwork! However, I do have 2 or 3 drawings waiting to be posted on to here. Sadly, I have no camera or scanner this week. So BEAR WITH ME, I will post drawings next week! =) Thanks everyone!

Time for another toddler drawing! =) I didn't want to add the tear....it would've been very hard and depressing to look at!
Medium used: Graphite, Carbon, and Charcoal pencils.

Complementary Colors---blue & orange

Here's my attempt at some fancy color schemes. I wanted to draw some pictures using JUST the two complementary colors. Here's the Color Wheel:

I decided to start out with blue and orange---as you can see, those 2 colors are opposite one another on the wheel.

Jude!

Just finished this one a few minutes ago. After I drew my cousin's daughter, Emmy, I got a request from my cousin to draw her son Jude as well.  The drawing looks a lot better in reality, I had to use my phone to take a picture of it as my sister's camera is gone for right now. This drawing was done in colored pencil---Enjoy! <3
